Lucas is
a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, number one in his class!
Lucas was born in South Louisiana and understands the need for great food, the way it used to be. Besides
traditional dishes from South Mississippi and Louisiana, Lucas offers specialty items each day. Go traditional or let

Joe and Regina Tuggle are the owners of Tug's Wharf. They both grew up in Hattiesburg,
MS. They were childhood sweethearts who married in 1969.
Joe began cooking at age 13 and became hooked.
Many of the recipes used at Tug's were developed over the last 40 years. The following article appeared in the Hattiesburg
American in the 1970's when Joe was City Comptroller of Hattiesburg.
